Her own story goes back 25 years, working as a Professional Trainer, Facilitator and Consultant with numerous public, private and volunteer organizations. Her extensive background in design, development and delivery of training programs and workshops – alongside business development, strategic planning and operations – have contributed to Linda’s expertise in business coaching, team building and personal motivation.

From successfully growing the business of the Continuing Education Division in the Simcoe Country District School Board, to facilitating and producing a Health Promotion Plan for Simcoe County to present to the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long Term Care, to developing a successful Volunteer Engagement Program for Correctional Service Canada – Linda brings well-rounded professional experience supporting leadership and training for companies, combined with volunteer engagement across community groups, demonstrating her commitment to business growth, longevity and sustainability.

Earlier in her career, Linda launched Leadership Centre Canada, her corporate training company. Her flagship program: “Fundamentals of Supervision” was well-received by established businesses across Canada with hundreds of students learning and applying Linda’s intuitive leadership techniques and tools.

Having received numerous awards and acknowledgments for her accomplishments, including the Honourable Hilary M. Weston, Lieutenant Governor of Ontario Recognition of Volunteer Contribution, Linda’s commitment to motivating and empowering individuals to achieve their highest potential is continually well-recognized by notable organizations and individuals in our community and beyond.
